Whenever I try to connect Parallels to my Bootcamp Partition, it does recognize it, but it gives this error message when attempting to boot: The Boot Camp partition "/dev/disk1s2" used by Hard Disk 1 is not supported. I only have 1 Bootcamp Partition, which is the only drive that shows up in the Hard Disk drop-down menu. Any help?
Hello, May I ask you for the tech report once the issue reproduced? Please collect it using this KB article and post the report's ID here.
I've just noticed something else. There is an out-of-place partition shown in Disk Utility that's called disk1s2, the same one that is supposedly giving Parallels issues. I will see if I can somehow remove this partition through Boot Camp.
I fixed the issue. I went to terminal and used diskutility to erase volume disk1s2, which made Parallels use the normal partition. Boot Camp runs find on Parallels now.
