I am looking for a long time for ways to completely remove the safari extension.
Whenever I start the browser it takes a very long time to load and I have noticed this after installing parallels.
Not only that I disabled the extension, but I also noticed that even when I try to click on it, in the Extensions Tab, it takes more than 5 seconds to even open the configuration for it.

I don't need or want it. How can I completely remove it from Safari?

Thanks a lot for sharing this.
When you click on the "Go to Uninstaller", does something happen?

This is how you remove the extension.
    1. Click uninstall in Safari and it will take you to the Finder.
    2. Right click Parallels and choose Show Package Contents
    3. Click Contents< Plugins and look for com.parallels.desktop.console.OpenInIE.
    4. Right click and delete

There is a good chance with each update it will come back.

    cheers
