Hi I used to get on to my father's machine from work. I no longer have access to that and have bought Parallels Access in my own right. I have two questions. 1 Why doesn't my purchase show in my account (the invoice number is 210002639). 2 How do I connect with my father's machine. He has the software installed, obviously, but I'm not clear how I get through to him. Thanks in advance. J
Hi, I've checked your account and everything is OK with your subscription. Did you try this KB article in order to add new computer at your Parallels Access app?
