I can't copy/paste from macOS to my Windows 10 VM. I tried to create a ticket for support. At one time it was possible to talk to Parallels support over the phone. Now, it seems that is gone. It seems I can only resolve the issue I am having through some weird social media account. Well, I don't have Facebook Messenger. I don't have Twitter. I have no idea what a "Telelgram Bot" is (but that doesn't matter because when I click on that I get a browser error) I'm already on this forum posting - but haven't gotten the help I need.
