Cannot activate Parallels Dekstop v11 license on new machine

    Hi there, my Parallels Desktop v11 license will not activate on a new machine. KB123461 did not help (signed out on old machine first).
    I want to setup PD 11 on new machine and then upgrade to 14. Please help!
     
  2. Hi Kai-UweS. We have reset the license key. Please try to activate now and it should work.
