    Hi all,
I've suddenly started getting slight but annoyingly noticeable lag with my mouse on my Windows 10 VM. I am on macOS 10.13.16.
I have done the following to try to fix it:
    • Replaced battery on the mouse.
    • Re-paired the mouse (bluetooth).
    • Reset mouse options in Logitech Options app on the Mac.
    • Applied all the recommendations on https://kb.parallels.com/112091
    • Re-installed Parallels tools on the VM.
    • Made sure there are no background processes on the host or VM running out of control / using high CPU.
    Any suggestions are most welcome.
    Regards,
    Wayne

Did you check that the refresh rate isn't down to 24/30hz due to 4K monitor or similar?

    I've got a 2013 non-4k 27" iMac, with no external screens connected.

Hi @WayneK1 , please go to Configure > Hardware > Mouse and Keyboard > Set it "Do not optimize for games" and check if that works.

Hi @Arun, I actually have already tried this but just neglected to mention it in my original post. I can confirm the setting is set to not optimize for games, but it still lags.

    Thanks.
