Hello ParallelsU130, Let us ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. Please follow this link to install Parallels Tools. If you see reinstall or update Parallels Tools then kindly reinstall it. Make sure you allocate more than 4GB RAM memory and 1 GB graphics memory for the virtual machine.
Thanks for the reply AJ. I suspect it has nothing to do with Parallel Tools - there's another user DaveF30 who is answering my question. You might wish to go and look in that topic, as it seems to be stuff I'd expect Parallels staff to know already.
