How to change operating system at installation?

Hi. I'a a new user and I have purchased Parallels 13 and have just gone through the first part of the installation process on a new MacBook Pro. At the stage where you are asked what operating system (or something like that) that you want and have the choice of Windows, Linux, MacOS 10.13.4, etc, I mistakenly clicked MacOs 10.13.4 instead of Windows. When I realised my mistake I uninstalled Parallels and tried to reinstall it but the program automatically takes me to the MacOS screen without the option of choosing Windows. Probably some stupid thing but I am at a loss to know what to do! Thanks for your help. R
