Hi, wanted to try Parallels Access, to connect from my work to my PC at home. Created an account for the 7-day try-out. I downloaded the Parallels Access Agent for Windows and installed it on my Windows 8.1 PC. When I try to sign in, the won't connect to the server, as it is "Unable to connect to the parallels Access server". There is no Firewall active on my Windows PC, nor in my LAN, so what could be the problem? Internet is no problem at all! Any help is greatly appreciated!
