13.2.0 (Mac) cannot create a Mac VM (10.13.2)

Brand new MacBook Pro 2017 with the latest Parallels trying to use the built-in functionality to create a Mac VM and it fails.

Hi @AntoineD1 , please download the app file for Mac Os High Sierra and try to install it as a guest OS and check if that works.
