    Please follow as suggested below:

    1.Start virtual machine.
2.Please take a snapshot of your virtual machine (in Parallels Desktop menu bar go to Virtual Machine -> Take snapshot...) before you proceed with the instruction below to be able to revert all the changes.
3.Press "cmd"+"R" combination, type 'devmgmt.msc' and hit Return (Enter) to run Device Manager.
4.Expand Sound, video and games controller and make sure that 8'Parallels Audio Controller'8 is installed.
If it is not: Right-click Audio controller -> Update Driver Software -> Click "Browse my computer for driver software" -> click "Let me pick from a list..." -> tick "Show compatible hardware" and choose "Parallels Audio Controller" -> click "Next". Proceed with the driver updating.
5.If there is no 'Parallels Audio Controller', update Parallels Tools (Virtual Machine -> Update Parallels Tools) and repeat 1-4 steps.
6.Press "cmd"+"R" combination, type 'regedit' and Return (Enter) to run Registry Editor.
    7.Locate and highlight
    'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}'
key and look for 'UpperFilters' value in the right box:
8.Highlight 'UpperFilters' value and delete it.
    9.Expand
    'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}'
10.key and check every subkey for 'KS' value. If you find it, delete it.
11.Reboot your virtual machine and check if this works. Thanks!

Until the 10. step, I did everything (windows has Parallels Audio driver), but I did not delete 'KS' value..Actually I did not understand what did you mean in 10. step..but it works for windows...when I start both kali and windows, on speakers, I can't see a problem with audio.. but when I on the AirPods (actually bluetooth audio devices) and start kali linux, still I have a problem with audio... What can I on kali?

Please refer this below image for the step 10 in Windows virtual machine and also install Parallels Tools in Kali Linux Virtual machine as suggested in this article and if still, the issue persists, please refer this article and see if this works. And we also request you to make sure that you have installed the required drive package on Kali Linus. Thanks!

Do you know the version Kali runs the codes in the article you suggested to me?
