Hi, my Mac has been stolen and I bought a new one and tried to restore all my apps and settings from TimeMachine backup. Everything went well until I tried to use my Parallels Desktop 11 license on a new Mac. I shows the message and suggested to buy a new license. I am fine with my old license and I don't need a new one. I tried my old Parallels Desktop 10 key as well and got the same message. Could someone help my activate my license manually? I don't have now another $50 to do upgrade. Thanks!
Hi @VolodymyrM, we've made few changes in the key settings, please restart Parallels Desktop to reactivate with the same license key.
