    Hi there,

I'm planning on migrating my old Windows 10 P.C. to my Mac Mini. When I do this will the old P.C. stop working due to OS licensing conflicts? Also, will the new OS on the Mac work straight away or will I need to purchase another copy of Windows 10? The OS on my P.C. came with the machine I didn't purchase it separately.

    Thanks,
    Scott.

Hi, during the migration probably you need to reactivate your Windows for the VM. (enter license key in the checkbox)

    Hi Maria,

Thanks for the reply. When I activate the OS on the VM, will that de-activate the original version on the P.C?

Mostly it will not deactivate but in case if it is deactivated you have to activate Windows on the PC.
