Unable to Activate PD:12 after extending my subscription to next year.

    Hello There, I'm a bit of confused... My support ID is: 09862-29060 and just extended my subscription for next year.
    (under Ref: 103309622). I have the key for PD 11, and when I go to my online account is shows me the same key. When I'm trying to activate PD 12 (which is current version auto updated and installed) it is asking me an old key? which is same and new one I see the online account. Please help.

    Hi Mako, please follow the steps below and let us know how it goes:
    1. UninstallParallelsDesktop12 by referring the article
    2. Download ParallelsDesktop 11 from https://parallels.com/directdownload/pd11 and install the same (refer to the article for more information).
    3. Activate the copy using the same activation key.
    4. Once the copy is successfully activated, download ParallelsDesktop12 from https://parallels.com/directdownload/pd12 and install the same (refer to the article for more information). ParallelsDesktop12 Pro Edition should now run on your computer without issues.
