Hi, I go through MS Windows 10 forums and found this:
In Device Manager, Display adapters, ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series, I chose "Update Driver Software" and then "Browse my computer for driver software". I then chose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer". In the list were several instances of a driver dated 7/15/2015 (which didn't work and is probably what caused the problem). The next oldest driver "ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series Version: 8.970.100.9001" was dated 1/13/2015. Choosing the January driver restored everything to normal.

Please try and check this link for more info.

Do you happen to have a previous Parallels display adapter driver?

Please follow the below steps and keep us posted
    1. Shut down your virtual machine.
    2. Go to virtual machine configuration> Full Screen > Scale to fit screen> Keep ratio
    3. Start the virtual machine and adjust the resolution.

    Hello Guna.
I love all the care that you and your collegaues gave to me, but nothing helped. I've tried both options: "scale to fit screen" and "keep ratio". And all the time I had same result - I can't change resolution to 1280x720 (I used to be able to do it!). . Only 1280x800 is availible for me.
