Parallels Desktop 9 Upgrade

When I open Windows I get an offer box to upgrade to Desktop 12 which will work with Sierra. I see on the main web page however that upgrades need to be done from Parallels Desktop 10 or 11. If I accept the offer to upgrade, will the downgrade upgrade me from 9 to 12 ok? Thanks, Doug

 

Hi, if you would like to upgrade from 9 to 12 version, you need to purchase the full key. Only Parallels Desktop 10 and 11 users can upgrade by purchasing "upgrade license"
