Please HELP! Failed to install driverprl_mouf while installing the lastest parallels tools

I have to repost my thread here, I really need help, my VM can't work now...

My windows XP VM, under PD 11 in macOS v10.11.6, had been working perfectly well for a long time until I updated it to the last version 11.2.1(32626). here is the error I 've met, which makes my windows XP VM as a disaster:
I 've always got an error while installing the latest parallels tools at 62%. I check the log files and see an INSTALLMESSAGE_ERROR: Failed to install driverprl_mouf . I don't know what happened, only this error makes the installation has to roll back and uninstall my PD drivers which makes VM very hard to use. please give me a hand or tell me how to roll back my PD 11 version to 11.2.0? Thanks

The issue may be because i8042prt was disabled in registry. Please follow the steps suggested below & let us know how it works.
Note: Please back up your Windows before performing the below steps process to avoid loss of data.
-- Take a snapshot with out fail.
-- Navigate to the following key in registry : KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\i8042prt
-- Change Start value to 1 or 3 ( Detailed steps provided at this link )
-- Navigate to the following key in registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PARALLELS\PARALLELS TOOLS and delete " Parallels tools" folder.
-- Navigate to the following key in registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PARALLELS\PARALLELS TOOLS and delete " Parallels tools" folder.
-- Exit Registry
-- Navigate to the following path : Local C drive\Program files\Parallels\Parallels Tools and delete " Parallels tools" folder.
-- Restart virtual machine
-- Install Parallels Tools from Actions > Install Parallels Tools
If the issue still persist, kindly reply us with problem report ID reproducing the issue along with some screen shots of the error message if any, we will be happy to provide further assistance.
