Can't connect Mac printer to XP.

I'm running OS X El Capitan and PD 11.2.0 on an iMac. Have done all the suggestions at http://blog.parallels.com/2015/04/21/printing-in-parallels-desktop/ without effect. The HP (see graphic) is attached to LPT1. In the graphic, you can see that when the Printer is attached, it is Offline on the Mac and Offline on XP. Note that there is a test file in the XP print queue and I can't get it out.
Am I supposed to add a printer in the Configuration:Hardware window? I tried same and could not get the printer toward. If I uncheck the HP printer in the Virtual Machine: Devices:External Devices, the Mac printer comes back online for the Mac.

If you want to use the same printer on both Mac and the Windows, try this solution to share the printer. If you have a network printer, follow this solution to set up.
