It was asking whether I want to set up a pin. I said yes, then it said it failed. I clicked on retry, and now it's been stuck on this forever. I even quit parallels, but when I opened it again it came back to the same screen.

What to do, what to do? *sighs*

Hi, To install a 64-bit version of Windows 10 please make sure your virtual machine has at least 2GB of RAM assigned. To check virtual machine's RAM please open configuration menu -> Hardware tab -> CPU & Memory. To increase the memory you would need to shut down your virtual machine. Please refer to this article.
