How to update windows 8 to windows 10 education

I have installed windows 8.
Now i wish to upgrade to windows 10 education version.

How do i do that ?

U'd better not upgrade windows to 10 version. Friend of mine, who, actually writes term papers did that, and lost all the information on his laptop with gigabytes of saved important information.
