I have recently reinstalled OS X on my mac and received the "You have reached the maximum number of activations available" error when trying to activate parallels. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Hi @EvanC1, we would like to inform you that according to the Parallels Desktop activation policy you can reactivate license several times (due to technical issues or Mac replacement). So now, we have changed the activation limit of your license key. please try to reactivate application once again (for more info please check your inbox)
I have same trouble here, I'm still using my MBP 17" but it come back from the Apple Repair Extension Program to fix the Video Issues (Thanks for theclass-action lawsuit ) . But after launch Parallels, it ask me to re-enter my activation key and I've this "You have reached the maximum number of activations available" error.
