Coherence mode don't work after updating to PD 9.0.24229

    After I updating my PD 9 to version 9.0.24229, my VM don't working properly:

    • Coherence Mode does not work anymore, not even on the menu is enabled
    • Screen Shot 2014-04-29 at 10.46.38.png


    • my Shared Network does not work anymore, my VM became a Stand Alone
    • Screen Shot 2014-04-29 at 10.49.53.png

    I followed the instructions in the Article 4841 but did not solve the problem.

    I need help because I'm so almost a week ago ...

    Hi Manoj D.

    I uninstall the Norton 360, I disabled the windows Firewall, and I follow all steps, many times, but I cannot installed Parallels tools (it dont apear in the Windows/Control Panel/Programs) .... I don't know what more I can do

    I tried all three scenarios and occurred errors that did not allow complete installation ... but the second and third appeared these error messages...

    I cannot attach the picture of the erro, but it says :

    error during installation of the unit component
    '{98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-C8B3B9A1E18E}'.
    HRESULT: 0x800071A91
