Here is the latest problem I have after installing Mac OS X Mavericks beta build on a virtual machine. Parallels Tools installation is returning a pop-up with the following message as per attached screen shot. Ejecting that volume results in the system not loading properly after installing Parallels Tools. I have reported it using the report tool with the following report code: 97487-156287 Thanks for any feedback and solution. Joe
Hi Joe, Please Go to VM configuration(http://kb.parallels.com/117287) -> Hadware -> CD/DVD -> Change to "Default".
Hi Abdul, That solved that problem. Now the install process for Parallels Tools doesn't complete. The VM freezes up during the restart process. The icon at the bottom reads that Parallels Tools are installed. Also the cursor no longer appears inside the VM.
