USB Connect Disconnect Sound on RESUME

    Help! Running Parallels 7 and Windows XP. Every single time I restore the VM, I hear about 10 chimes of the connect/disconnect sound, as though a USB or other device is being connected/disconnected.

    I am not sure what log to look in to see what the system thinks is happening. Any thoughts?

    I'm a year late here, but this has been driving me nuts for years. I've finally just changed the "Device Connect" sound to "none" so I won't hear it anymore.
