Parallels Logo on Website?

Hi,

first sorry for my bad english.

When I am a Hoster, are I allowed to use the Parallels Plesk Logo where I sell Webspace or the License? I mean on the Homepage.

And other Question:

Are I am allowed to say:

If you buy Webspace, 1 Domain in Plesk is OK, if you need more, 1 Euro per Month. Or I am not allowed?
