Can't install .NETframework 2.0/3.0/3.5

i installed windows xp sp2 in parallel
and i cannot install .netframework
when i double click and it show "???????????????"
and that close..
what should i do?

 

Did you download correct version for your architecture and language
Also check Application and System logs, you will see some entries, which will provide some clue

 

my windows = Chinese language and i have downloaded chinese .netframework from MS

is there any software installed with .netframework?
