What do I get if I upgrade to 3.0?

    Hi,

I bought Parallels Desktop for Mac pretty much when it first came out; the about box currently says "Build 3214 (June 21, 2007)", so I'm assuming I have version "1.0".

What do I get if I upgrade to 3.0? Will it be faster and more stable, or should I just read through the list of features? Just wondering if it's worth the $49 to upgrade.

Also, will I be able to use my existing Windows images if I upgrade? I wouldn't want to have to recreate them.

Any info or opinions is useful, thanks!

    You have version 2.5.

There is going to be a new version (4) in a couple off weeks. So i should wait untill new version is out.

    Greetings

Thanks for the help. I'm still interested in what new features (or stability) I'll get if I upgrade to 3.0 (or wait for 4.0). Any info?

I guess you need to wait a bit when features for ver 4 will be announced (not sure for ETA, maybe in a month)
