I need urgent help with my Parallels subscription and account access.

I purchased Parallels several years ago and I have tried to reset my password through the normal "Forgot Password" process, but I never receive the password reset email. I have checked my junk folder and tried multiple times, but nothing arrives.

Because I cannot log in, I also cannot access the normal support page to submit a ticket or manage my subscription. This creates a closed loop: I need support...

I an running Parallels Desktop Pro v20.2.2 on my M4 Macbook Pro with Sequoia 15.4 I have a ARM64 windows 11 version as my guest OS. Everytime I reboot/resume my VM or resize the window, it defaults to 150% display scaling. Even if I change it to 100% in Displayu Settings it reverts to 150%.

Tried to research this online and on the forum, but I vas not able to find an option/setting in my VM options for that.
Could someone please help

However, my big problem is that I cannot log into iCloud or get to the AppStore. Whenever I try, I just get the message "An unknown error occurred" after I enter my password (which I know is correct, BTW, it works on all my other machines.

Instead of having the possibility to choose which OS to install, I have a message saying "Please connect your mac to Internet..." but the mac is already connected to the Internet.
