Do anyone have some news regarding the SSO-feature with the Parallels client, the option is not there like it used to be in the older IGEL OS 11.
Simply no setting to configure sso.

I have tested on different distributions and the parallels client, although it works, it only works well on the primary monitor or when using both monitors for the session. When i try to move the window in the secondary monitor, I am missing parts of the screen since the resolution does not change automatically to the secondary monitor's resolution. Any ideas how to fix this? Parallels client connection settings are not offering the possibility to change resolution to custom. This wouldn't...

Hello,
i am using the Linux client 19.3 under Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS for an RDP connection to a Windows terminal server (Windows 2019). In the client settings, Windows key combinations (for example ALT+TAB) are set to work on the remote computer. But they do not. No matter what I set here: the key combination ALT+TAB only works on the Linux level even if the connection to the client is established.
Any ideas?

Can't get out of fullscreen mode (Linux)

Running the latest Linux client (dl'd today) and working fine but can't get out of fullscreen mode to get back to my local desktop. Found a reference that said Win+Alt+M should do it but it doesn't. Local system is Lubuntu 16.04, remote system is Win7... both are 64-bit.

In the latest version of Fedora Linux (37), libusb has been changed to libusb-compat and so installing RASClient fails with the error:
Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides libusb(x86-64) needed by rasclient_x64-19.1-23476.x86_64

On my system, a search for installed libusb components reveals the following list:

sudo dnf list installed | grep libusb*
libusb-compat-0.1.x86_64 0.1.7-9.fc37 @fedora...

after update my ubuntu to 22.04 i cant connect to any server. I can start the 2XClient, but when i double click a connection, the client shuts down. I use the latest version 18.3.1 (build 22907)

Hi,
I am a newbie to 2x application. AS part of a proof of concept i want to access the application which are published by 2x Server V11.
I wanted to access one of the published applications on the linux machine by using below command.
./appserverclient -s192.168.1.1 -a"MS Excel" -ufazal -ppassword

once I run this command instead of opening MS excel application I can see the explorer opened in the server.

Can you please let me know if I missed something during installation?

Hello, I'm using the parallels client on archlinux, kernel 5.17, kde plasma and have the following issues:

1. Wayland doesn't work so I need to logout / switch to x11 session, is there any workaround?
2. Very poor audio quality, wondering if this is only an issue on pipewire and if so if there anything I can configure to make it better. The audio quality on windows is also bad but an imporovement (i have a gigabit connection and good pc specs so I don't think its hardware related)

Ubuntu "sort of" works with two Monitors attatched (sort of because there seems to be some issues still, regarding the way the monitors are location wise)
Manjaro however simply does not work with two Monitors. It always only uses one screen for the remote connection

The most peculiar thing is, both use the exact same Version of Gnome, both of these use pretty much the same Hardware (i personally am a lot more familiar with Manjaro, while my colleque is more familiar with Ubuntu), same...

Hi, we are trying to make Parallels with our Igel Thin Clients Work. The moment you log out of your VDI you get left on the Igel Homescreen with the Parallels Client still open. Now the problem is the users need too close this Client after logout and we don't think this is gonna work and is also a huge safety risk. Now is our question of how can wen automatically close the client after you disconnected from your VDI?
I hope someone can help us with this.

I use Parallels Client for Linux to access a load-balanced Terminal Server farm with TS Session Broker.

I noticed that since version 17, when the connection drops or the session is closed by the user clicking on the X, without logging off, when trying to reconnect, the client just crashes after entering the password.

This has happened both on Ubuntu LTS 18.04 and 20.04, as well as on 20.11 and 21.04
