I don&#039;t have it installed on any computers, and when I go to my dashboard I can see the license, however, there appears to be no way to reset it. I&#039;ve also tried to contact support but every form of support seems to require a 200yuan purchase, which is a little ridiculous considering I paid for the software and it was advertised as a lifetime license. Hiding from your customers is not a good look and the way your company obfuscates users from accessing...<br />

I&#039;ve already bought it and payed for it, and  I wanted to activate it however when trying to activate it, it says that I need to &quot;upgrade to a newer version for the licence key, since this licence key was for an older version of paralells&quot;. But I just bought a new upgrade. The only help I get from that popup is the page to upgrade and buying new subscriptions. Mind you I&#039;ve already bought the new upgrade, I&#039;ve lost about 60...<br />

I recently replaced my Mac for the second time and attempted to activate Parallels on the new device.<br />
However, I received a message saying that the activation limit has been reached.<br />

There was no issue during the first replacement, but this second one triggered the error.<br />
I am no longer using the previous device and just want to activate the license on my new Mac.<br />
Could you please help me transfer the license or reset the activation?<br />

I go to try to use my pro edition mac and my account isnt even logged in. so i log in and go to use the software and it asks me for the product key. i go back to get the product key in my inbox, and enter it again, and its been blacklisted!<br />
