I recently got a new Mac. During the data migration, I was unable to locate my license number. When I tried logging on, but the system required the license number or my 2FA account authorization, which I couldn&#039;t get.  I tried reaching out to support, but haven&#039;t heard anything back.  Is there a legitimate 800 support number that doesn&#039;t take you back to the website form? Any other suggestions?  I&#039;ve just been cycling around this issue, which is frustrating.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi, I just discovered that I did not remove windows when I discontinued use of parallels, and just found a large amount of space being taken up on my hard drive. Is it possible to remove Windows 11 without an active Parallels license? I downloaded it again thinking I could just use the trial to remove Windows, but of course it wants a renewal. I no longer need the Windows software I once had to use and have no other need for parallels.<br />

Last year I finished school and no longer have access to the school email where the Parallels licensed account was linked.<br />
<br />
Not having access to the email I can&#039;t move the license<br />
<br />
I only have this account and if I want I also have the receipt for the annual renewal of the subscription<br />
<br />
I don&#039;t know how to do it because the email is now lost, I would need support to move the license I&#039;m waiting...<br />

I have been a parallels user for over a decade, nearly two, in order to provide and support scientific software I have written for my community. After retiring from academia last year I no longer have access to my edu email and therefore can no longer access my parallels registration information attached to my former email. Let it be...<br />
