I have a lifetime license for Desktop for Mac 13.  I have read all posts and it seems that Parallels support may need to reset my license in order for me to move it to a new computer.  I have also read that perhaps I maybe able to do this myself with your command line command prlsrvctl.<br />
If there is away for me to deactivate my license and reactivate it myself using this command it would surely like to do that rather then having to ask for help.<br />
